Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation and Payment

To confirm a booking, a tour, reservation or order, payment must be made in full at the time of booking or direct when making the booking online. We will send you a booking receipt confirming your request.

 

Amendments Terms and Charges

All amendments to tours and accommodation is subject to availability and rates at the time of amending your reservation.

 

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be provided in writing. You can email bookings@tahuneadventures.com.au if you need to cancel your booking.

 

Cancellation of your Tahune Adventures Site Entry Ticket :

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours from proposed arrival will be granted a full refund minus online booking fees.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of proposed arrival, will incur an administration charge of up to 10% of the total booking fee.
  • No shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Cancellation of your Accommodation Reservation :

  • Cancellation 48 hours from proposed arrival will be granted a full refund minus any online booking fees.
  • Cancellations less than 48 hours from arrival may incur a one night payment penalty.

Third-party cancellations :

Guests bookings through a third party will have to claim their refund directly from their travel/booking agent. In these cases, additional fees and charges may apply.

Cancellations made by Tahune Adventures :

There may be times when we need to cancel a scheduled tour as a result of conditions beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, impassable roads, bushfires etc.). Tahune Adventures reserves the right to cancel a booking without notice, and if we cannot find an alternative tour date or booking suitable to you, we will promptly refund your payment in full.
We will not be responsible for any consequential losses arising from a cancellation.
